(1) Government of Nepal, by publishing a Notification in Nepal Gazette, may order Government Office and corporate body as prescribed in such notification to deposit amount of equivalent percentage as prescribed compulsorily in the Investment Account Scheme for the duration as prescribed under the same notification by deducting from monthly remuneration to be received by the employee and workers working in their Office or body
(2) It shall be the duty of concerned Office or corporate body and employee and workers working with such Office or Body to abide by the Order pursuant to sub-section (1).
